Sam Norris is the Founder and Managing Director of Grand Union Finance, a specialist mortgage brokerage supporting property investors and developers from around the world with their UK-based property businesses. 

With over 18 years of experience in the finance industry, Sam has built a reputation for providing creative and tailored financial solutions, alongside expert guidance to help clients achieve their property goals.

Since launching the business in 2020, Sam has grown Grand Union Finance into a thriving operation, managing a team of eight and specialising in buy-to-let mortgages, bridging finance, development funding, and commercial property finance. His focus on client education and strong lender relationships has been key to the company’s success.

Sam also hosts the popular podcast, "The Game of Loans," where he shares insights into property finance and interviews some of the most famous names in the world of property finance.

When not running the business or sharing his expertise, Sam can often be found networking at property events or creating engaging content for social media.
