Meet the UK’s most successful property investors!

Welcome to Progressive Property Network

PPN Gloucester

Welcome to PPN Gloucestershire!

Our monthly event is held at The Stroud Hotel, a landmark building in the heart of Stroud, directly opposite the railway station. Formerly the Imperial Hotel, the venue reopened in January 2024 after a £2 million refurbishment that transformed the Grade II listed building into a stunning 24-bedroom hotel with the Bucknall Bar, restaurant, a new event space, and even a Secret Garden.

This historic venue has hosted royalty and rock legends alike, with both Queen Elizabeth II (as Princess Elizabeth) and The Beatles among its past visitors. Today, it provides the perfect setting for Gloucestershire’s property community to come together each month.

What is PPN Gloucestershire about ?
PPN Gloucestershire is for everyone with an interest in property. Whether you are a seasoned investor, a landlord, a developer, or just starting out, you will find a relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment where you can connect, learn, and share.

What makes this event unique ?
We're just getting started and I want this to be a people-first event. This is about real conversations, sharing knowledge, and building valuable relationships. As your host, I am on my own property journey too, so I understand the challenges, the learning curve, and the value of surrounding yourself with the right people.

What can you expect from attending ?

- Expert speakers each month, sharing insights and strategies across the property spectrum and beyond.

- Networking opportunities to connect with investors, JV partners, trades, professionals, and like-minded people.

- A supportive atmosphere where collaboration is encouraged and everyone can benefit from the experience in the room.

- Practical insights and motivation to help you move forward in your property journey.

Whether you are working on your first buy-to-let, scaling your portfolio, or exploring creative ways to structure deals, PPN Gloucestershire at The Stroud Hotel is your monthly hub for property knowledge, connections, and inspiration.

His current focus includes buy-to-lets, flips, BRRR projects and short lease opportunities. Looking ahead, Shaun is passionate about integrating sustainable technologies and renewable energy into development projects, with the aim of creating homes that are both financially sound and environmentally responsible.

As host of PPN Gloucestershire, Shaun is excited to bring people together, from investors and developers to landlords and those just starting out, and create an inclusive, supportive community for property people in the county.

Outside of property, he enjoys mountain biking around the trails of Gloucestershire, DJing, and restoring old retro tech like the home computers he grew up with back in the 80s and 90s.
