Starting out in London and the Home Counties, Bill later relocated to Southampton, where he rose to a director-level position in construction recruitment. Over the past 18 years, he has worked on a range of projects, from commercial-to-residential conversions to large-scale commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments, with a combined value exceeding £500 million. Throughout his career, Bill has recognized that building strong, lasting relationships is key to long-term success in any business.

Bill’s journey into property investment began with single-let properties, gradually progressing to more advanced strategies such as tenant buyers, serviced accommodation, and HMOs across Lancashire, Hampshire, and Dorset.

He firmly believes in the value of networking and continuous learning. After formal training with Progressive Property, Bill had the opportunity to work alongside some of the country’s most renowned and successful property professionals.
