Jane set up Bay Tree VA in 2008, after working as a PA to senior management for 20 years. 

Jane now runs a team of executive virtual assistants that provide outsourced operational support to a wide range of clients, including business owners, management teams, consultants and membership organisations, in the UK and abroad.

Jane is a speaker and judge at industry events and an active member of the business
community in East Anglia, having served as Vice Chairman/Director of Menta - the Suffolk Enterprise Agency, Committee Member of Suffolk Institute of Directors and has recently been appointed as an advocate and member of the new UK Director Business Club.
