With over 25 years in the construction industry and 40 years in the sales sector, Gail Astley-Gorman brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the property and real estate industry. As a seasoned property investor and financial director to three companies, Gail specializes in serviced accommodation and commercial conversion, leveraging comprehensive strategies learned from the Progressive Property Academy.

Throughout her career, Gail has held significant roles, including 17 years as a financial director in the concrete industry and a sales executive at Tarmac, specializing in key products. Her CPD certification and participation in three academies and the elite inner circle within Progressive Property, as well as the Entrepreneur Mastermind, underscore her commitment to continuous professional development.

Gail is passionate about seeing projects through to perfection, driven by her meticulous eye for detail and her enthusiasm for empowering people, particularly women in various industries. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys crochet and values being comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Active in her community, Gail participates in local business networking groups and events hosted by the Chamber of Commerce. She is also a dedicated fundraiser for WWF, with a particular focus on silver back gorillas.
