From the South (M56 or M6), it is 5 minutes from Junction 10 of the M56. Head north up London Road towards Warrington. Warrington Golf Club is signposted on your left.

From the North (Warrington), it is 10 minutes from Warrington Town Centre. Head south along Wilderspool Causeway across the Manchester Ship Canal towards Stockton Heath. From London Road continue south towards Stretton. Warrington Gold Club is signposted on your right.

Park (for free) in the main car park and enter the main reception from the front entrance where we will be pleased to meet you. If you wish to use the accessibility lift, it is signposted at the front of the building and located to the rear.

Matthew is an experienced property investor. Born and raised in Warrington, he began his property journey 30 years ago in London after graduating University.

When the property market was at its lowest ebb, he received a phone call that changed his life. A recruitment agent called inviting him for an interview ‘at an estate agency called Beavers, don’t hang up!’ Within 4 years he had risen from negotiator in salubrious Harlesden to the Lettings Director of a 50-office substantial London agency headquartered in Belsize Park.

Meanwhile he had begun buying properties to let and flip while also helping his family on their path towards their first 7 figures in assets and cashflow.

In 2003, Matthew answered another call, this time to teach History and during his next 14 years, became a Head of Department in a Top 100 school, then Deputy Head, a school governor, inspector,and senior examiner.

Then, in the summer of 2017, everything changed when his father passed away suddenly and he took over the mantle of caring for his mother, renovating her historic farm and managing the family property portfolio in the North-West, London and Italy.

This included negotiating a substantial land sale with a national developer and achieving double market value per acre. This second 7 figure windfall was re-invested in single lets through a limited company and a trust to build a long-term, asset-growing portfolio and legacy. He is now focusing on upscaling again through Rent 2 Rent/HMOs and JVs.

Matthew is passionate about Warrington, History, Education, Travel and Property. He brings all the skills he has acquired over his 30-year career to build this empowering network in Warrington for property professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs. I started My property journey at the age of 19 when I was still at university in London studying BA Economics and BSC in Business Information Technology. Before this, I was always thinking outside the box and investing in other areas. I then turned to property whilst my peers were in lectures, I was stepping out of the lecture theatre to negotiate deals. I learnt some crucial lessons early on when I was ‘gazumped’ in each of my rst 3 property deals. However, I did not let this stop me and by the age of 23, I had bought my first property investment. I continued to buy subsequent properties one after another, employing no money down strategies before they were even taught and adding value to properties through a combination of extending, developing and carrying out title splits.

After achieving my nancial and property goals within a year of setting them, well ahead of the short timeframe I had set myself, I was able to retire from property altogether. However, being young and having a big interest in the property held, I returned to property for two reasons. Firstly, I have a passion for property, ‘nding deals, doing deals and structuring deals’. Secondly, I have a vision to help others get started on the property ladder. With my extensive experience and expertise it can also benefit those who have already started and are established in the property arena.

My areas of expertise are primarily HMOs and structuring deals but I also have years of experience in rent to rent, title splits, no money down, refurbishments and developments, with current ongoing refurbishments and developments in commercial properties as well as joint ventures and mentoring peers in various strategies.
