The Funding Collective is a holistic advice-led service on all aspects of Funding, Insurance & Estate Planning. Prosperity Group Global is a property training academy and networking events. 

Low Carbon Homes is the manufacturing facility for SIPs (Structural Insulated Panel System). Currently Kal has 2 major projects of her own. 

The first is a major development for 151 units in Stoke which now has the planning that her team have worked hard over 2 years to achieve. And the second is a development of 27 apartments in Lincoln which is a JV with Steve Hanham; Kal will be joining us to showcase and discuss how they have secured the site, explain the planning process and how they are going to fund it and build it
