Konrad Gajda is a Property Investor based in Rugby.  He started his property career back in 2019, without any business background, no money, no previous knowledge about property, or confidence and self belief. Since then with right support has done a vast number of deals using different strategies like Deal Packaging, Service Accommodation and Property Management. Konrad has also built a large portfolio of R2R HMOs and now is building his asset empire using investors and JV finance.
