Delme brings 25 years’ experience in international financial education, including
roles at London Stock Exchange and CFA Institute, the world’s largest investment management association. He founded East Anglia Homes in 2022 to address the lack of affordable family homes and quality rental properties in the region. 

In 2023 he was elected to local government and serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee, and a member of the Development Management (Planning) Committee at South Norfolk Council.
