Introducing : Tina Walsh 

As the founder and CEO of the National Association for Professional Sourcing Agents
(NAPSA), Tina is dedicated to providing support and guidance for UK sourcing agents and educating investors on how to protect themselves and their hard-earned cash from
unscrupulous agents. With over 20 years’ experience in the property investment sector, Tina has weathered the ups and downs of personally investing in property as well as running a successful sourcing business.

Tina is the author of The Code of Practice for the sourcing sector – accepted, approved and followed by both government approved property redress schemes. Tina also maintains regular direct contact with NTSEAT and HMRC’s AML Team to stay well ahead of the sector on interpretation of the law, making her quite literally the best placed person in our sector for guidance on compliance.
