Introducing: John Ireland

An accomplished public speaker, John is a regular on the property event circuit , presenting talks on asset protection, Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
and throwing chocolates at the audience!

Whilst this is often viewed as a dry subject, John’s mixture of humour and his ability
to engage with the audience is unique and an event not to be missed. As an independent financial adviser, John started taking Will instructions in 1996. 

John sold his financial services company in 2012 to become a full time Estate
Planner as he realised that there was a growing need for comprehensive advice
helping clients to protect their assets.

'Few people have a Will and from my experience, those that do, don’t have any advice given to them, their solicitor just takes instructions. Also, many people don’t use Trusts to protect their estates and the consequences are that their hard won assets are open to attack from Inheritance Tax, marriage after death, long term care fees and generational Inheritance Tax.

My aim is to make people aware of these dangers and enlighten them about what they can do to protect themselves.'
